Privacy notice

Fly My Pony is operated by Jake Fowler, who handles transport enquiries submitted through this website. For questions, access or deletion requests, contact baerdigital@pm.me and include your FMP reference if you have one.

What we collect and why

When you send a request, we collect your name, email address, collection and destination areas, preferred transport type and date if known, horse count, any estimate details you choose to bring across, and notes you choose to add. We use this information to review your journey, ask suitable transport providers for options and reply to you. We rely on your consent, given with the request form, for this enquiry process. You can withdraw consent by emailing us.

What providers receive

We may email suitable providers the route, timing, stall preference and horse details needed for a quote. We review these details before sending. We do not include your name, email address or freeform notes in the initial provider brief unless you agree to share them. A location or unusual horse detail could still identify you to someone who already knows your plans, so please tell us if you want an area kept broader.

Storage and retention

Requests are stored in Cloudflare D1 and can be viewed by Jake Fowler through a key protected request desk. We use Proton Mail for manual provider enquiries and replies. We keep requests while handling them, review closed requests regularly, and aim to delete them within 12 months after closure unless needed to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. Email correspondence may need separate deletion from Proton. We do not sell request data or use it for marketing.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to our use of it, or withdraw consent by emailing baerdigital@pm.me. If you are in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We may need enough information to verify that a request belongs to you.

Website data

Cloudflare processes technical data needed to deliver and protect this site, such as IP addresses and request logs. The form uses a short term abuse limit based on a one way hash of the connecting IP address; those counters are removed as new requests arrive. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies for this form.
